Apparently some people are getting an update pushed to their phone today... I have yet to get it, but I'll be on the lookout.

EDIT: Just received it on my device... will report on any changes I notice
EDIT 2: While the update downloads, the gears in the settings logo rotate. Nothing special... just cosmetic, but looks cool.

Maybe it's not being pushed to the UK yet... Give it a little and try again.

    ----------

Funny enough I'm seeing postings of update screen with the update name being different names... I've seen "operating system 6.0", but the name of the update I got was "iOS 6 beta 2". Once again just something I've noticed... nothing major.

Guys, its fair to say its not been completely rolled out yet. Quite a few people not seeing the update. Its probably not worth posting lots of messages informing us that you dont see it!

Different phones and iPads will have different size updates.

But everyone else's seems to say beta 2 while mine looks like a bootleg version, lol.

It's probably because it just started rolling out / beta 1 is buggy with how it displays the update.

The first report I saw after I got it on my phone had "operating system 6.0" as the update name... I'm sure you're fine

The dev center being down a few days ago must've been in preparation for today.

I don't think so because it still does not have the new links up.

It seems to me you see "operating system 6.0" when it first finds the update and you see "iOS 6 Beta 2" while downloading.

I understand, but maybe the files were being added and will be visible soon or later on today.
