and i dont want update to ios 8.
how can i update to ios 7.1.2?

Unfortunately it cannot be done. Sorry. You can only update to firmware currently being signed by Apple.

Up to you, really. Do you want the new features in iOS8 on your iPhone? Then yeah do it.... but if you don' want to upgrade to the new features... then don't. Phone is a phone and still works. 😛
