Hello!

I recently got my iPhone 5 replaced at it came with iOS 6.0.1! Since the new firmware 6.1.3 is unjailbreakable, is it possible if I can update straight to 6.1.2?

As alphaod said, no, there is no way for you to update to 6.1.2. You can only stay on 6.0.1 (and jailbreak), or update to 6.1.3.

Yeah I have an iphone 5 running 6..0.1. Jailbroken just fine with evasion. The only major bug fixed is the outlook exchange calendar bug so you are fine.
