The familiar should I? iPhone SE(basically a 6) 30GB capacity with 11.33GB available still running iOS 10.3.2(14F89) should I update to 13.6?
I've held off for this long because of all the reports of issues and how much space it takes up on the phone(2.93 GB additional). I don't want to wait too long however and risk the phone becoming legacy and unsupported. Lately You tube isn't showing videos so it might be a good time? Anyone that uses an SE and has helpful suggestions I'd appreciate it!

I didn’t have any problems with 13.4, 13.5, or 13.6 on my SE (2020). I see no reason not to.

I’ve had zero issues related to any of the iOS updates on an se or a 6s which is the same thing. Even if I did, you have no choice. It’s not safe to use it online without the newest OS, but I’ve had zero issues from it regardless. Probably gotten a bit less buggy as the year’s rolled on, if anything.
