It looks like the problem is this app called Speedbit Video Accelerator. I assume you have this app installed?

Follow the instructions below from here to uninstall it.

How do I remove SPEEDbit Video Accelerator from my computer?

You can easily remove SPEEDbit Video Accelerator from your Mac by following this procedure.
Open the SPEEDbit Video Accelerator folder in your Applications folder.
Double-click the Uninstall SPEEDbit Video Accelerator Application
The Uninstall application will automatically remove all of the SPEEDbit Video Accelerator files from your computer.

Found the folder but it's empty :-/

Look in the folder /System/Library/Extensions/ and see if there is a kext listed there called VADriver.kext. If there is, run the command below in Terminal to kill it then reboot. You will be prompted for your password when you run the command.

Code:
sudo kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/VADriver.kext

Code:

I solved the problem as follows w/o Apple Support.

1) Login to your system. It mostly crashed but some session was stable enough to open the Terminal Window
2) sudo to root (sudo su -) and type the root password
3) cd /System/Library/Extensions/
4) delete the Video Accelerator kext extensions: "rm -rf VADriver.kext"
5) Reboot the system
6) Uninstall Video Accelerator that previously did not work
(http://www.videoaccelerator.com/mac/faq/#g11)
7) Follow the uninstall steps
8) Uninstall worked w/o crashes for me.
Note: No Message confirms that the uninstalled completed. But the directories are gone :)

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
Johannes
