My Mom has only ever had one apple id she is the only user on this MBA, she has 4 updates iPhoto, Pages, Keynotes and Numbers they all give this error message

I got this when my iMac wasn't able to connect to the iTunes store.
Once the problem cleared, I was fine... Sometimes I get a notice to change my password too, and if I wait a while, and login again, it's fine. Call it a... 'Feature'...
