I keep getting notifications that an OS Update is available.
When I click on Update, it instructs me to restart my computer. So I comply, and restart the computer. Then when I click on Update again, it tells me again to restart my computer. This goes on over and over, never actually installing the update.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Does the update download?
Usually there is a message before you download saying that the computer WILL NEED TO RESTART once its finished. Not for you to restart it manually.

So do you manually restart it? or do you click the restart button from the App store?

I have to manually restart. Then, instead of an update, it just keeps instructing me to manually resart the computer. If I choose to ignore the restart, the page drops. I know that most updates include a computer restart that occurs automatically after the update takes place. This is not the case here.

Can you provide a video/screenshot of the message/process?
