Hi,

Which way is the best for iPhone update.
I noticed the OTA update for 11.0.2 is only 277MB, however the iTunes version is 2.47GB.
I wondering about the differences between the updates and which one would be the best for iPhone 6s.
Thanks,

iTunes updates consist of the full installer/software image. OTA includes what’s known as the delta, and essentially overwrites or drops in the changes. The consensus seems to be that iTunes updates have a lower risk of going awry, but because of the file size OTA is a good deal quicker. Really, it just comes down to personal preference.

I always do my updates via iTunes, simply because I feel it has less chance of failing and I've got fast Internet
