Update to 5.0.1 and keep baseband

Baseband preserve mode on snowbreeze doesn't jail break your phone.

Only reason I don't want to JB is because the current JB is tethered (I usually don't have a power outlet/usb port nearby).

I have Gevey Ultra so don't want to lose the possibility of an unlock due to upgrading the baeband.
