Update to iOS 26.4.2 - Passcode Locked Out

Recently updated to 26.4.2 on all my devices and when I'm trying to login using my passcode, I'm getting an error that the passcode is incorrect.

Anyone getting this issue?

No issues here on both my iPad/iPhone.

Been reported on Reddit a few times (not just for this current update). Only solution is to restore/reset the phone.
Did you have any 3rd party repairs? Just curious.
