Update to iOS 4.01 hangs in Win7

Im tyring too update to the new software for my iPhone 4 but it just hangs 3/4 of the way in, any ideas how to sort this out??? im using Win 7 64

their were some people on this forum saying that their was an issue with 4.0.1 and the iPhone 4, exactly your situation.

oh well i sorted it. i changed the hosts file ages ago for cydia shsh thats why it wasnt being activated correctly this time round - ive set it back to what it was before (i think) and it seems to work 😉
