Hi all. Apologies if this has been posted before but I couldn't see it anywhere. For a myriad of reasons I no longer have access to my computer to which I have backed up my iPhone 4.

How can I update to iOS 5 on a new computer without losing my stuff?

I'm sure this is a stupid question but any help would be great

Not stupid at all, the iOS5 upgrade will do a new backup before it upgrades you, so as long as you have a new computer you'll be fine.:D

The trick though will be syncing music and videos if they're not on the new computer.

@Ammar0410: were you able to move your itunes library to your new computer? If not, do some searches for how to recover your music from the phone. It will be important to do this first and have it properly syncing to the new computer before you do the upgrade.

Thanks guys. Yes the problem is that I haven't synched photos bids or songs to the new computer
