updated firmware on airport extreme - now it's slow?

Well I upgraded my Airport Extreme to 7.6 and ever since then it seems to be loading everything slow? I do have HDDs connected for my TM backups but nothing is backing up currently. I'm also connected to the 5ghz network.

Anyone else having problems with the new 7.6 update?

I am. Now the Airport sending to AirTunes can't go more than a few minutes without cutting out.

my airport express and airport extreme both got faster.

Something must have corrupted during the upgrade. I would restore as new device in Airport Utility and start over again.

I started to have problems with all iOS devices after 7.6 aiport Extreme upgrade. my 2007 iMac works well, but my iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4 - all of them see the WiFi network, but it doesn't work.
I'm afraid to upgrade my TimeCapsule 1st gen I have in the office.
