Alright, my dad was on the computer this morning and he pressed the update things. I'm not entirely sure what it updated, but the problem we have is in our Doc every time we open a program it turns into a folder instead of the image. Does anybody know anything I can do? Also, before the update, I couldn't drag any folders or anything on my desktop, like into the trash or my Doc. Any solutions to that either? Please? Anybody?

Well since half of your post doesn't really make much sense, I would suggest you post your machine model and OS that you are using.
IF you are using OS X, Try these things first.

Then get yourself a copy of Macjanitor and run the cleanup scripts.
