Updated to 12.1 broke visual voice mail T-Mobile

My wife’s IPhone X auto updated to 12.1 and VVM no longer works. Tried several fixes I’ve searched,

Reset network settings,
Toggle airplane mode on/off
New Sim from T-Mo

Nothing seems to work. My Max has 12.1 and I’m not experiencing the same issue

Anyone else?

Call your number and enter your voicemail password and listen to one then hang up. Wait a bit and see if the VVM populate.

Or, "change" the password for vm: Settings > Phone > Change Voicemail Password. Enter the existing vm passcode.
