iPad Updated to iOS 6. No Siri? Help please?

Tried to reboot, siri still doesn't show up on SETTINGS>GENERAL..

Any1 having the same problem? Is there any fix for this?

Yep. The New iPad with cell+wifi..

Anybody having the same issue here? The only reason why I updated to iOS 6, and its not even there after I update it.. Geez, c'mon apple!!! You're better than this 🙁
