    Hi all,

In order to use iOS 7 GM I had to get the beta of iTunes 11.1

Is there a time limit on this beta of iTunes, does it expire?

If so, will it be possible to just do a Software Update for when the official iTunes 11.1 is available?

    Thank you.

When 11.1 ships trash the beta and d/l the final version.

It won't be in Software Update?

And if I drag iTunes to trash and install the official 11.1, will all my music and apps still be in iTunes?

It will be in s/w update, but s/w update may not detect the difference between a beta 11.1 and final release 11.1. It may just see you have 11.1 and not go any further. This has happened before with GMs where Apple changed the build number, but not the point number, before release. In those cases you have to manually d/l and install the newer build.

You should see a SW Update. If not just download iTunes from Apple and it will update.
