Updated to Mavericks and Logic Pro X restarts the Mac

I updated to Mavericks and installed Logic Pro X and every time I open it it just restarts my Mac.
Any solution for that?
Just checked GarageBand and the same problem as well.

Perhaps a clean re-install of Mavericks would help. Make sure you have a good backup!

There should be some log files related to the panic/restart. Post them.
