Does the updated macbook come with multi touch?
No. Thats why they make the Aluminium one and the Macbook Pro.
Just the two-finger scroll that it has had since the last revision.
actually, even the ibook had 2 finger scroll.
That's a good point.
They made the White MacBook to have no multitouch to not eat the Aluminum MacBook Sales.
Ah, good point. Well, the later ones, my 800mhz G4 sure didn't
You could have installed iScroll- it would have given two-finger scrolling to your G4
ohh ok, i had the last revision. 1.42ghz, 14 inch, 1gb ram, 60gb hd with leopard. it even had bluetooth! it was like a macbook except for the processor
Heh, yeah.... With the first G4's Airport was a $79 addon card as well, and I think bluetooth may have been an addon as well. Thing ran like a champ from 12/2003 till the Aluminum models came out.
Oh well. If I ever need to use it again for anything, I'll be sure to download that tool!
wow, how does it feel to be using such a completely different computer?
It also now has the two finger right click, which is a welcome addition. I was miffed it was available in Boot Camp but not in OSX, but just as I was about to ask about it, the update arrived.
My friends early 2008 black MacBook has this feature, I don't think that it's a new feature for the new white MacBooks.
Feels like when the G4 came out, and was new
But seriously, I love it. Internet video, fast and smooth. Not relegated to the 360p setup on Hulu.
The only issue I have now is that any Viacom channel's website won't load Flash videos for me (Comedy Central, VH1, etc) (Updated to Flash 10 too!)
Just like everyone else says, no.
