So... The new 2015 MacBook Pros all sport the awesome new click-less noisy track pad but the keyboard is not butterfly?

That is correct. Probably see it in the 2016 model. Many expect some sort of redesign.

The Pros likely won't get that feature. I sure as hell hope they don't. If the new wireless keyboard didn't get them, I doubt anything else that doesn't absolutely need them will either.

The butterfly keyboard was to get the device thinner, the MBP's aren't any thinner so why put it in??

No that was it, if they didn't need to do that they wouldn't have spent the time and money on development of a new keyboard, are there other benefits?? Maybe a slightly more stable key press etc but the only reason they bothered was to get the keyboard thin for their thinnest laptop.

The reengineered scissor mechanism increased the key stability by 33 percent. Just because they don't reduce the thinness of a devices does not mean that it will not get implemented in the next revision. After all the new Magic Keyboard has the same new mechanism.

The Magic Keyboard uses a re-designed scissor mechanism, not the butterfly mechanism found in the rMB.

    Good catch. My apologies.
