Updates never showed the size of the "update". The size listed in the update pane was always the full app size. It never was updated to show the size of delta updates.

Sorry I was not clearer, English is my third language, what I meant is that it doesn’t the size of the app to be updated.

Correct, but if you click on the app icon it takes you to the app page and you can scroll down to see the size.

Speaking of updates, in iOS 10 I could never download app updates over 100MB on cellular (like the Facebook app for example). This is now possible in iOS 11 as I did it earlier.

I believe the limit is 150 MB now in iOS 11.
