it's great that when updating apps, the app now moves back to it's original location but it's really annoying whenever it says you have an update that you've already installed. for example, it says i have a update for BreakClassic and when i go to install the update, it's is grayed out and says Installed but the badge won't go away and it's really annoying. this is the third time it's happened and it didn't happen at all before 2.1. is this happening to anyone else?

It isn't 2.1 doing that but rather the App Store itself, the updates seem to propagate out through a farm of servers or something similar so it depends what server you hit until the update fully propagates through, I've experienced that ever since 2.0 came out.

Delete all of the apps from your iPhone and iTunes. Then sync and after that redownload them. I did a restore to 2.1 and I didn't have any problems.

All you have to do is re-authorize your computer though iTunes. When updating iTunes it will sometime's de-authorize the computer. It has happened to me with every iTunes update since the App store was released.

Just click on store, authorize computer...close iTunes, re-open and you should not have problems until the next update. You do not need to delete anything which is a bit harsh if you ask me.

    Good Luck

I was going to say how incredibly easy it is to install new apps/updates on 2.1

probably a third of the time to download, and you don't have to worry about moving the icons around:D
