Updating apps?

Question about the new App Store: What is procedure for updating apps when newer versions are released? Do they push to the iPhone automatically?

In iTunes go to your Apps section (not in the store) and at the bottom there should be a link that says "Check for Updates". There is also a button in the app store on your phone at the bottom right.
