So I made an account on here because I usually lurk around and know you guys are beyond helpful. So, my mother had originally used her personal email to sign up for an apple ID. She then had to change it to her work email for corporate reasons but wanted to keep all the apps and iTunes purchases.
She didn't create a new account, I did it with her, we simply changed the email. Problem is, her purchases are no where to be found. It says there has been no app store or iTunes purchases on this account. Is this common or do you guys know what she could possibly do to keep all her old items?
