I am currently running the iOS 9 beta 5 on my 5S. I didn't make a backup before installing the beta, dumb move I know, and I do not have a computer so I don't have iTunes. My question is about the update process. What is the best way to get the newest non-beta version of iOS 9? I am getting update requests on the phone for a newer beta but I am not interested in any more beta versions of software. How do I go about getting the full version and how long do I have before my beta expires? Thank you for the help.

On Wednesday you should be able to just update to 9.0 official release.

I know you mentioned being on iOS 9 beta 5 which is the same as the public beta 3. But if you have the iOS 9 beta profile installed, remove that if you don't want any more betas.

Thank you for the reply lagwagon. On Wednesday will the update be over the air? Will my phone give me the option to get it even though it is already giving me the option to update to beta 9.1? As far as removing the current beta profile, how is this done? More importantly, if I do remove the profile what will my phone revert back to? I have no backup of another iOS saved anywhere. Thank you again for the help.

Do you have a feedback app? If so that means you have the profile installed. To remove it go into Settings > General, scroll down and you will see Profile. Click into that and select delete. Removing it does nothing but two things, 1: removes the feedback app (for reporting beta bugs) and 2: stops software updates from seeing new beta builds. That's all. It doesn't revert your phone back to anything or touch any data. Since it stops the phone from seeing beta builds in the software update you'll have no issue getting 9.0 on Wednesday OTA.

Now if you don't have the feedback app, that means you don't have the public beta profile and you're on a developer account. Once Wednesday rolls around I'm not sure if OTA will pick up 9.0 release, since with a dev account there is no profile to remove. So you may have to update through iTunes.

Thanks very much for the help lagwagon. I am on the public beta and will go remove the profile as you instructed now. I really do appreciate all the help. Take care.
