updating gopro

i want to update my gopro heros..ive downloaded the file but how do I drag into camera..they dont show up on mac and when I click on file it just duplicates the file

But neither your SD card shows up, nor the zip file extracts properly?

What Mac OS X version do you use on what Mac (model and year)?
