I'm sure there is already a thread for this. I'm trying to set up my 6S+ and I've been stuck on "Updating iCloud Settings..." for 30+min. What's the deal? Thanks in advance!

I would reset your phone. It could have glitched out

Same here - apps restored from itunes back up during the start of the process now there seems to be nothing going on. I will say that I am going from a 64GB 6 to 64GB 6S and for some reason there seems to be almost 10GB of additional free space on the 6S after the restore. I am nervous to reboot the phone as I dont want to kill a process that needs to complete and be forced to start the restore over from scratch again.
