updating Itunes Software

Hi there,

I have an iphone unlocked with the latest firmware version 1.1.4 🙂. and itunes version 7.6.1.9. Itunes wants to update to the latest version 7.6.2. If I do this update will itunes then lock my Iphone on me? 😱
