iPod touch Updating to 2.0 is SLOW

I'm upgrading from 1.1.4 and I've been staring at iTunes for 10 minutes with the "Preparing iPod software for restore" message there. Is that normal?

yeah- mine took a long time but it eventually got there and everything has gone without any problems

Mine took around 5-10 minutes. It seemed like forever, but everything ended up being fine.

Mine took about 15 minutes but everything was fine after.
