If you're happy to run your machine in an unsupported-by-Apple state, then take a look at this thread. Note that I haven't tried this myself!

Edit: I just saw that the Radeon-based machines are "almost unusable", so probably best to ignore me

thanks anyway i just watched youtube and downloaded Catalina 10.15.1 and works perfectly
