Upgrade bluetooth and wifi on late 2012

Is there anyway to upgrade the bluetooth and wifi (wifi AC) in a 2012 Mini?

I am thinking late 2014s wifi card.

No, the 2012 has a proprietary connection for the wifi card to the logic board. The 2014 uses a standard mini PCIe connector.
