Upgrade eligibility for wife's line question.

I bought 2 iPhone 3GS's on opening day last year. One for me and one for my wife on the Family plan (2 lines total). Now I want to buy 2 new iPhone 4's on opening day. I know that I can get mine at the full subsidized price, but apparently, I can't buy her one at the full subsidized price. Does anyone know what the price will be for her phone? Thanks.
