Upgrade eligible from iphone4 to 4S?

Anyone eligible to upgrade from iphone 4 to 4S without steep penalty? Also, those that have the 4, do you think it's worth to upgrade for the Siri alone? I've heard some folks eligible for upgrade from the 4 even though the 2 year contract is not up.

Yes I became eligible for upgrade in June. My line has over $100 billed per month, which is how I'm eligible.

My main reasoning is the camera, and I can profit a little by selling my 4 now.

If I couldn't upgrade without penalty, I wouldn't do it now, but I can.
