Hi to everyone. :)
My question is for 11 Pro Max owners.
Do you upgrade to 12 Pro Max? I really don’t know if I would like to get a new 12 Pro. iPhone 11 Pro Max is such a great phone. Yours answers hopefully help me.

I have the 11 Pro Max and I'm seriously considering the 12 Pro. Partly driven by the fact I can order this week. But also given the 12 pro has a very slightly larger screen, this may well suit my needs.

I keep going back and forth honestly. I’d like to read some reviews before deciding. I do like the new form factor but the camera for me is the selling point. I’m not sure the improvements there are enough.

I'm not going to upgrade. My 11 Pro Max is a beast. I've had trouble with two different 5G Android devices. So I'm not going to jump onto Apple's first 5G iteration. From what I've read, the 12 Pro Max has a smaller battery capacity. The accessories removed as well was a turnoff for me too.

I went through multiple releases after getting a 7 Plus. I'll likely be running with this 11 Pro Max a few years too.

I have the 11 Pro Max but I will be upgrading to the 12 Pro Max. I like to upgrade every year. But I know that's not the case for everyone.

I have the 11 Pro Max and I’m kinda glad the 12 Max is delayed until November.
Gives me more time to decide if I want to upgrade to the 12 Max. I may need to get a new Mac or a new to me Mac this year. I do like the Pacific Blue like I like the Green. I like the slightly odd ball colors.

I work in a phone store, so every year I sell my current one for around $800-$900 and get the new one for around $1100 so basically I only spend about $200-300 out of pocket, to me spending that much is worth the investment since I use my phone every single day 🤷‍♂️

So thought I have a 11 pro max but I love the color of the blue iphone 12 it will really match my series 6 watch will it be a huge down grade to get iPhone 12 in blue instead?

Sorry but no. It's actually 37 grams difference, I was agreeing with @ukms who stated they were considering going 11 Pro Max to 12 Pro, thank you very much.

what ?

APPLE IPHONE 11 PRO MAX
Dimensions
6.22 x 3.06 x 0.32 inches
158 x 77.8 x 8.1 mm
Weight
7.97 oz (226 g)

APPLE IPHONE 12 PRO MAX
Dimensions
6.33 x 3.07 x 0.29 inches
160.84 x 78.09 x 7.39 mm
Weight
8.03 oz (228 g)

I must read it wrong. I use 11 pro max so going to a 12 pro max only 2 more grams.

I really want to keep the iPhone until 2023. I compare it a lot to android phones but I think I need to put a new case on it to make it look better. I got the smartish case and it does a good job.

I will probably get some airpod pros and probably look for an apple watch alternative.

Outside of multitasking, I'm happy with the phone.

What part are you not getting? I will NOT be going 11 Pro Max > 12 Pro Max, I'm talking about going 11 Pro Max > 12 Pro (non Max) for the weight savings. Just like @ukms stated in his/her above post, see below:

Come to think of it the size does get to ya after a while. I should consider the 12 pro myself.
