Upgrade from 3GS to 2011 iPhone

I have a 3GS that I bought on launch day 2 years ago. I have unlimited data and corporate discount on service. If I upgrade will I keep unlimited data?

That is correct. Make sure AT&T doesn't screw you out of your unlimited plan.
