its been a while so I was curious if there is anymore resources to upgrade my d300 to the d700 in my nMP 2013. Any recommendations or tutorials?

I think some people on eBay sell the d700 cards but they aren't cheap

It is probably easier/cheaper to buy a different nMP w/ D700 and sell your old one.

Each D700 board alone goes for at least $1K (if you can find them).
So you're looking at $2K+ to upgrade both.

Easier still, just buy the new upgraded bizonbox2S and put a Maxwell GTX TitanX in it.

Get the Titan separately as used or B-stock for $500-600 vs the $1500 Bizon sells them for.

Trashcan can run at least two TitanX cards via two external enclosures

You could potentially take it to a re-seller/Apple authorised repair centre and get them to quote for two replacement D700s as if you were replacing them out of warranty and see what they quote you. Wouldn't expect that to be cheap either.

I wouldn't bother. I have had both and it would be more cost effective to build a machine or wait for the nmp 7, available sometime spring 2142.

Agreed, more hassle than it's worth. Now if they'd just make eGPU work as advertised, things would be so much better.
