Upgrade iMac Early 2007 to Yosemite?

Hi, is it worth it for me to upgrade to Yosemite for my 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 3 GB RAM Early 2007 iMac? Has anyone tried it? Is there a speed issue? I would appreciate any insight.
