Upgrade iOS OTA Over Jailbreak

I have a 4S jailbroken, running 5.0.1. I want to upgrade to 5.1. Has anyone done an OTA update OVER a jailbreak? Or do I need to DL 5.1 to my PC and update through iTunes? I realize that which ever one I do, I will lose my JB.

you can't do a OTA if you jailbroken update through Itunes you are best to do a full as restore as new then jb redsn0w or Absinthe 2.4
