Upgrade Jailbroken iPhone4 to 4.1 without losing 4.0.2 baseband?

im looking for a way to upgrade to 4.1 without losing my unlock, i've heard rumors but can anyone confirm, maybe provide a link, thanks in advance!

He is obviously on 1.59 baseband if he has an iphone 4 which is unlocked.

You have two options you can upgrade to 4.1 using Tiny umbrella google for instructions and do not ignore the readme. Alternatively you can wait for Dev team to release a new version of Pwnage tool which will give you the ability to upgrade to a custom ipsw and retain baseband.

I did it myself and kept my baseband.
Using Tmobile atm.

Should the iPhone 4 already unlocked before upgrade to 4.1 keeping 1.59 with TU or would it work with an out of the box 4.0.2 ? unlock did not worked for me after limeraIn...
