Bennieboy© macrumors 65816 Oct 18, 2009 #2 not right off, you havent listed your specs, 10.5 requires at least a G4 processor @ 867Mhz, preferably more, and 1Gb of ram, to upgrade you'll need a 10.5.1 disc to install that first then do the upgrades 😉

You can go from 10.4 to any retail Leopard version. It doesn't need to be 10.5.1 (I believe that there's actually a specific 10.5.6 DVD).
