I purchased a 7plus in the UK on the iPhone upgrade Programme and returned it on Friday but when I phone Barclays Partner Finance, they have had no response from Apple that the phone was returned.
How long does it take them to respond?

Edit: Whoops!

Yes - I have the same problem. Started iUP through Citizens One in the US, returned it next day because Verizon was running a far better promo. Though the email from Citizens One/Apple said 5-10 business days, they told me on the phone it could be up to 30.

I did an in store refund with an outright bought iPhone 7 and it took nearly 3 weeks for it to appear in my bank acc. Not sure if this is relevant like.

Things like this take 7-10 business days. Considering you did it Friday, yesterday was only the first business day. I would give it some time.

Yikes. December 16th here. I'll call on Friday if it still hasn't appeared. Keep us updated, please!

i called them two days ago and the rep said she will accelerate my refund. I still havent got it yet,

Still no refund here. I called and they said it should have been back the 17th, now I should expect it in 3-5 days. I'm really frustrated with Citizen One on this.
