Upgrade ram before install Snow Leopard?

Hey Gang,

First time posting. I recently got a 15" Macbook Pro from work ( Santa Rosa), my work upgraded me from an IBM T42 😛. I love this freaking machine 😀
I was wondering if you should upgrade the ram to 4GB before installing Snow Leopard on my machine?

i dont think it would make a difference, but might aswell.

Though I doubt it will make a difference to Snow Leopard...
