Upgrade Ram or Graphics card?

It seems that apple prioritizes the graphics card over the ram in a pro upgrade. I'm so lost with which to choose. Here is my use case:

- editing YouTube videos final cut
- light photo editing in LR and PS
- managing a shoplift store
- emails and blogging
