Upgrade status error?

How come under ,y upgrade status in my account,nit says "we have had an error receiving your upgrading info. Please check back later. And how to upgrade" is this bad? Anyone else getting this?

it may be a glitch in the system. try calling att tomorrow and ask them, they will know for sure if your available.
