Upgrade time

hi everyone!
Just a quick question. My local Apple Store opens at 10am and I was thinking of showing up right when it opens and upgrading my iPhone 6 to a 6s Plus. If I were to make a reservation for the phone and go in to pick it up, how long do you think it would take for the whole process? (Getting the phone, activation, )

Took me a total of 15 minutes on launch day.

If everything goes smoothly, i'd say in less than 10 minutes.
