Is there any guide to update my 6s from iOS 9.3.3 to 10.3.3? (I have saved the shsh's of iOS 10.3.3).

You're going to need to jailbreak the phone first though. There's a matrix on that subreddit that will lead you to the correct jailbreak for your iPhone.
