iPhone 14 Pro Upgrade to IPhone 14 Pro - O2 (UK)

I want to upgrade to the IPhone 14 Pro. I am in the UK, I currently have an iPhone X and I am with O2. I would like to do all this online, but the problem is that I want to keep my phone number, but have a different tarrif with O2. I would also like to trade in my iPhone X (but this is not essential).

How easy (if possible at all) would I be to do all this myself if I bought the iPhone off the O2 app or should I just go into an O2 store? TIA.

Piss easy. Just follow the onscreen steps. You get options to keep your number etc during the process anyway. Else just call them and they’ll happily assist you.
