Upgrade to Next at Apple Store

Can you buy an iPhone 6 at an Apple retail store if switching from ATT contact to Next? For some reaosn you can't order online and pick up at the store. Grrr.

Yes, you can upgrade to AT&T Next at the apple store. I've done that yesterday.
