Upgrade to retail 4.3 from Beta

I just sold my iPad with iOS 4.3 Beta 3 installed on it. Will the guy I sold it to be able to easily do an upgrade next Friday through iTunes?
 
I went from 4.2b to final 4.2 via iTunes, it was just like any normal upgrade. My guess is therefore yes

Did you have to do a restore? Or just hit the update button in iTunes and wait for it to finish?
