Upgrade to Snow Leopard,now no audio on iTunes

Just upgraded to Snow Leopard and now there is no audio on iTunes. Anyone have a solution ?

Did you check your system volume, iTunes volume and speaker selection, sound output device in System Preferences? If so and all settings are good, reset the NVRAM

It was the sound output setting in sys preferences that was the culprit. Thanks very much for your help. Now I wait until July to move on to Mountain Lion. 😀
